COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2698 /77 of 7 December 1977 enabling short-term private storage contracts to be concluded for the A II type of table wine

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the weighted average price of the A II type COMMUNITIES, of table wine has remained below the activating price for this ty^e of wine for two consecutive weeks ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Whereas the conditions set out in the first indent of the first subparagraph of Article 5 (2) of Regulation Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No ( EEC) No 816/70 are therefore fulfilled, 816/70 of 28 April 1970 laying down additional provi­ sions for the common organization of the market in wine ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 2560/77 (2), and in particular Article 5 (7) thereof,
