COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2727/77 of 7 December 1977 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on tableware and other articles of a kind commonly used for domestic or toilet purposes falling within heading No 69.11 , originating in developing countries to which the preferential tariff arrange­ ments set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3021 /76 apply

Whereas Article 2 ( 1 ) of that Regulation provides that This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day the customs duties may be re-established at any time following its publication in the Official Journal of once the Community ceiling has been reached ; the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
