COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC) No 2746/ 77 of 5 December 1977 temporarily suspending the autonomous Common Customs Tariff duties on certain industrial products

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN these suspension measures should be taken only COMMUNITIES , temporarily, by fixing their term of validity to coin­ cide with the interests of Community production , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular Article 28 thereof, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :
