COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC) No 2750/77 of 5 December 1977 opening, allocating and providing for the administration of a Community tariff quota for yarn, spun entirely from silk waste other than noil , not put up for retail sale, falling within subheading 50.05 A of the Common Customs Tariff ( 1978 )

Whereas, to take account of future trends in imports States . Article4¶
