altering the monetary compensatory amounts applicable in the wine sector
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN whereas this should be taken into account in fixing

Whereas from 16 December 1977 the new activating Article 2
prices and the representative rates fixed by Regulation
(EEC) No 878 /77 (5), and altered by Regulation ( EEC) This Regulation shall enter into force on 16
December 1977 . No 2024/77 (6), are applicable in the wine sector ;
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member
States .
