COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2795 / 77 of 15 December 1977 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 2534/77 temporarily derogating from Regula­ tion ( EEC) No 2213/76 on the sale of skimmed-milk powder from public storage

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN purchaser, this time limit shall be extended to 31 COMMUNITIES , December 1977 ;

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Economic Community, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Milk and Milk Products, Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 804/ 68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in milk and milk products ('), as last HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 2560 / 77 (2 ), and in particular Article 7 ( 5) thereof, Article 1 Whereas Article 1 (3) of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2534/77 of 17 November 1977 temporarily In Article 1 (3) of Regulation ( EEC) No 2534/77 the derogating from Regulation ( EEC) No 2213/76 on the date ' 20 December 1977' is hereby replaced by '31 sale of skimmed-milk powder from public storage (3) December 1977'. provides that the time limit for taking delivery of the skimmed-milk powder bought under the terms of Article 2 Regulation ( EEC) No 2534/77 shall be 20 December 1977 ; This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its Whereas , in order to facilitate, from a technical point publication in the Official Journal of the European of view, the taking of delivery of the product by the Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
