allocating the Community quantitative export quotas for certain types of copper ash and residues and for certain types of copper, aluminium and lead waste and scrap

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN according to estimated needs and with regard to the COMMUNITIES , export opportunities that already exist for the products in question ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion delivered by the Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Quota Administration Committee, 1023/70 of 25 May 1970 establishing a common proce­ dure for administering quantitative quotas ('), and in particular Article 2 thereof,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2878/ 77 of 20 December 1977 fixing for the first four months of 1978 Community quantitative export Article 1 quotas for certain types of copper ash and residues and for certain types of copper, aluminium and lead waste and scrap (2), and in particular Article 2 thereof, The Community quantitative export quotas opened by Regulation (EEC) No 2878/ 77 for the period 1 Whereas, in accordance with Article 2 of Regulation January to 30 April 1978 shall be allocated among the (EEC) No 2878/77 the quotas are to be allocated Member States as follows :

Article2¶

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

It shall apply until 30 April 1978 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
