COUNCIL REGULATION (EEC) No 2934/77 of 20 December 1977 on the application of Decision No 2/77 of the EEC-Switzerland Joint Committee derogating from the provisions of List A annexed to Protocol 3 concerning the definition of the concept of 'originating products' and methods of administrative cooperation

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular Article 113 Article 1 thereof, For the purposes of the Agreement between the Having regard to the proposal from the Commission, European Economic Community and the Swiss Cbnfederation, Joint Committee Decision No 2/77 shall apply in the Community. Whereas, pursuant to Article 28 of Protocol 3 concern­ ing the definition of the concept of 'originating prod­ ucts' and methods of administrative cooperation, Article 2 which is an integral part of that Agreement, the Joint Committee has adopted Decision No 2/77 derogating This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day from the provisions of List A annexed to that Protocol; following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. Whereas it is necessary to apply that Decision in the Community, It shall apply with effect from 1 December 1977 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.

Article2¶

This Decision shall enter into force on 1 December 1977 and shall apply to products exported up to 31 December 1978 inclusive.
