COUNCIL REGULATION (EEC) No 2940/77 of 20 December 1977 on the application of Decision No 2/77 of the EEC-Sweden Joint Committee derogating from the provisions of List A annexed to Protocol 3 concerning the definition of the concept of 'originating products' and methods of administrative cooperation

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

JOINT COMMITTEE DECISION No 2/77 of 14 December 1977

derogating from the provisions of List A annexed to Protocol 3 concerning the definition of the concept of 'originating products' and methods of administrative cooperation

THE JOINT COMMITTEE, Whereas the international economic conditions that led to the adoption of those provisions for the products in question continue to obtain ; whereas the period of val­ idity of the provisions should therefore be extended Having regard to the Agreement between the European until 31 December 1978 , Economic Community and the Kingdom of Sweden signed in Brussels on 22 July 1972 ,

Article2¶

This Decision shall enter into force on 1 December 1977 and shall apply to products expor­ ted up to 31 December 1978 inclusive.
