COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2963 /77 of 23 December 1977 on the sale for export of olive oil held by the Italian intervention agency

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN called 'AIMA , shall put up for sale by tender for COMMUNITIES, export :

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European — 1 000 tonnes of extra virgin olive oil, Economic Community, — 1 500 tonnes of lampante virgin olive oil,

Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/66/ EEC out of the intervention purchases made during the of 22 September 1966 on the establishment of a 1975/76 olive oil marketing year, in accordance with common organization of the market in oils and the provisions of this Regulation and of Regulation fats (j ), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No ( EEC) No 2960 /77 . 1 707/73 (2), and in particular Article 11 (5) thereof, 2. Article1¶

ANNEX

Minimum selling price of olive oil held by the Italian intervention agency

1 . 1° extra virgin olive oil : Lit 102 000 per 100 kilograms, 2. 5° lampante virgin olive oil : Lit 78 200 per 100 kilograms . In the case of lampante virgin olive oil with a different degree of acidity, there shall be added or deducted, as the case may be, Lit 1 000 per 100 kilograms for each degree of acidity or fraction thereof below or above 5° .
