COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC) No 2972/ 77 of 29 December 1977 laying down certain interim measures for the conservation and management of fishery resources applicable to vessels flying the flag of Norway

Whereas the Community and Canada have agreed to Article 4 coordinate their fisheries policy concerning certain joint fish and shrimp stocks located in the Davies Strait and Baffin Bay (ICNAF Zones 0 and 1 ), Each licence shall be valid for one vessel only. When several vessels are taking part in the same fishing oper ation , each vessel must be in possession of a licence.
HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Article 5
Article 1 1 . The licence holder shall be required to comply with the conditions of the licence and to notify a 1 .
