COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2995/77 of 21 December 1977 fixing the amounts by which import charges on beef and veal originating in the African , Caribbean and Pacific States are to be reduced

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN the arrangements for the reduction of import charges COMMUNITIES, on beef and veal products originating in the African, Caribbean and Pacific States (J), as last amended by Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Regulation (EEC) No 2771 /77 (4), Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 3328/75 of 18 December 1975 renewing the arrange­ ments for the reduction of import charges on beef and Article 1 veal products originating in the African, Caribbean and Pacific States ('), as last amended by Regulation The amounts by which import charges on beef and (EEC) No 2570/77 (2), and in particular Article 1 veal are to be reduced pursuant to Article 1 ( 1 ) of thereof, Regulation (EEC) No 3328/75 shall, in respect of Whereas Article 1 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 3328/75 importations during the first quarter of 1978, be as provides for a 90 % reduction in the import charges shown in the Annex hereto . on beef and veal ; whereas the amount of this reduc­ tion must be calculated in conformity with Article 4 Article 2 of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3376/75 of 23 December 1975 on detailed rules for the application This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January of Council Regulation (EEC) No 3328/75 renewing 1978 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
