COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 41 /78 of 10 January 1978 correcting Regulation (EEC) No 938 /77 fixing the monetary compensatory amounts

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN whereas a check has revealed an error in the Annex COMMUNITIES, to that Regulation ; whereas the Regulation in ques­ tion must therefore be corrected, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 974/71 of 12 May 1971 on certain measures of Article 1 conjunctural policy to be taken in agriculture following the temporary widening of the margin of In Annex I, Part 5, column 'France', to Regulation fluctuation for the currencies of certain Member (EEC) No 938 /77, the amount ' 130' under States ( J ), as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No subheading 04.04 E I c) is replaced by the amount ' 73.80'. 557/76 (2), and in particular Article 3 thereof,

Whereas the monetary compensatory amounts Article 2 provided for in Regulation (EEC) No 974/71 were fixed by Commission Regulation (EEC) No 938/77 of This Regulation shall enter into force on 11 January 29 April 1977 (3), as amended with effect from 1 1978 . Where any party concerned so requests, it shall January 1978 by Regulation (EEC) No 2945/77 (4) ; be applied with effect from 1 January 1978 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
