COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 51 / 78 of 10 January 1978 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on gloves, mittens, mitts, stock­ ings, socks and sockettes, not being knitted or crocheted goods falling within heading No 61.10 , originating in Hong Kong to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 2706/77 apply
