COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC ) No 136 / 78 of 24 January 1978 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on other made up textile articles (including dress patterns) other than of jute, other than textile bast fibres of heading No 57.03 or coir, falling within heading No ex 62.05 and originating in South Korea, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation ( EEC) No 2706/77 apply
