introducing a countervailing charge on certain varieties of sweet oranges origi nating in Algeria
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN with the coefficients fixed in Article 1 (4) third indent COMMUNITIES, of Regulation (EEC) No 2591 /77 ;
