Article3¶

For purposes of this Regulation, the processing of hindquarters may take place after removal of the By way of derogation from Article 8 of Regulation following cuts : 'filet' and 'roastbeef'. Article4¶

The security provided for in Article 4 ( 1 ) of Regula­ tion (EEC) No 2182/77 shall be 45 units of account This Regulation shall enter into force on 3 February 1978 . per 100 kilograms of boned meat.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
