COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC) No 299/ 78 of 13 February 1978 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 2824/72 laying down general rules for the financing of interventions by the Guarantee Section of the European Agricul­ tural Guidance and Guarantee Fund
