COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 306 / 78 of 15 February 1978 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 2834 / 77 as regards the determination of certain French wine-growing areas affected by natural disasters

Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No The Annex to Regulation ( EEC) No 2834/ 77 is 2212/77 of 6 October 1977 on the granting of aid to amended as follows : certain producers of wine grapes intended for the — under the subheading ' Pyrénées-Atlantiques' the production of table wines in certain wine-growing words 'arrondissement d'Arthez-de-Bearn ' are areas affected by natural disasters (3 ), and in particular replaced by 'arrondissement de Pau' ; Article 6 thereof, — the canton of Mormoiron is added to the list of Whereas in the Annex to Commission Regulation cantons in the department of Vaucluse . ( EEC) No 2834/77 of 15 December 1977 laying down detailed rules for the application of Regulation ( EEC) Article 2 No 2212/77 and in particular determining the wine­ growing areas affected by natural disasters (4) the list of This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day areas in the French departments of Vaucluse and following its publication in the Official Journal of Pyrénées-Atlantiques is incomplete and contains the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
