COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 308 / 78 of 15 February 1978 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on glass inners for vacuum flasks or for other vacuum vessels , falling within heading No 70.12 , originating in Yugoslavia to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regu­ lation ( EEC) No 2705 / 77 apply

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
