COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 315 /78 of 16 February 1978 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1918/77 on the delivery of various consignments of skimmed-milk powder as food aid

Article 1 Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1918 /77 of 19 August 1977 on the delivery of various consign ments of skimmed-milk powder as food aid (3), In Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 1918 /77 the provides inter alia for the delivery at a Community entries under consignments S and T are hereby port of 1 330 tonnes of skimmed-milk powder amended as follows : enriched with vitamins destined for Ethiopia, of which 330 tonnes through Caritas and 1 000 tonnes through Oxfam ; whereas in view of the difficulties of Under item 2, the beneficiary 'Oxfam ' shall read : transport to that country, the request made by Caritas (a) Oxfam : 200 t in agreement with Oxfam, should be granted ; whereas for consignment S, Caritas : 400 t' the destinations of the 330 tonnes initially allocated to Caritas should therefore be changed and the 1 000 (b) 'Oxfam : 15 t for consignment T. tonnes intended for Oxfam should be re-allocated to Caritas : 600 t' Caritas, with the necessary changes of destination ;
Article2¶
Annex II to Regulation (EEC) No 1918/77 is hereby amended as follows :
1 . Under lot Q, the second entry, concerning Ethiopia, shall read :

Article3¶
This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
