THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES, Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European The autonomous Common Customs Tariff duty on Economic Community, and in particular Article 28 the product listed below shall be suspended at the thereof, level of 4 % from 1 March to 30 June 1978 .
