COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 424/78 of 28 February 1978 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on gloves, mittens, mitts, stock­ ings, socks and sockettes, not being knitted or crocheted goods, falling within heading No 61.10 and originating in developing countries to which the preferen­ tial tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 2706/77 apply
