COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 436/78 of 1 March 1978 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 459/76 establishing a system of minimum prices applicable to the importation of tomato concentrates originating in Greece

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Article 1 Communities. It shall apply to imports effected under an import licence applied for within the meaning of Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 459/76 is hereby Article 6 of Regulation (EEC) No 1 93/75 (4) on or amended to read as follows : after the date of entry into force of this Regulation .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
