COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 466/78 of 6 March 1978 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on nets and netting made of twine , cordage or rope , etc ., falling within heading No 59.05 originating in the Philip­ pines, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regula­ tion ( EEC) No 2706 / 77 apply
