COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 489/78 of 8 March 1978 re-opening the invitation to tender for the purpose of determining premiums for white sugar for feeding to bees referred to in Regulation (EEC) No 1320/77

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN 2.
