COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC ) No 490/ 78 of 8 March 1978 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 467/78 introducing a countervailing charge on cucumbers originating in Spain , Greece and Romania

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Greek and Romanian cucumbers must be repealed COMMUNITIES , and the countervailing charge on cucumbers origi­ nating in Spain must be amended, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 1035/72 of 18 May 1972 on the common organization Article 1 of the market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1034/77 (2 ), and in Article 1 of Regulation ( EEC) No 467/78 is repealed particular the second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) thereof, by the following : 'A countervailing charge of 5 55 units of account Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 467/78 of per 100 kilograms net is applied to cucumbers 6 March 1 978 (3) introduced a countervailing charge (subheading 07.01 P of the Common Customs on cucumbers originating in Spain , Greece and Tariff) originating in Spain .'
