COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC ) No 505 / 78 of 7 March 1978 extending the 1977 /78 marketing year for beef and veal

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN the 1977/ 78 marketing year for beef and veal until 30 COMMUNITIES, April 1978 , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Article 1 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in beef and veal ('), as last amended by The 1977/78 marketing year for beef and veal shall Regulation (EEC) No 425/77 (2), and in particular end on 30 April 1978 and the 1978 /79 marketing yea'r Article 4 thereof, shall commence on 1 May 1978 . This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
