COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 548 / 78 of 16 March 1978 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on nets and netting made of twine , cordage or rope, etc ., falling within heading No 59.05 , originating in South Korea to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regula­ tion ( EEC) No 2706/ 77 apply
