COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 598 /78 of 28 March 1978 fixing the export refunds on beef and veal for the period beginning 1 April 1978

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN of some other preparations and preserves of meat or COMMUNITIES , offals shown in the Annex under subheading 16.02 B III b) 1 aa) ;

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 80 5/68 is granted and the amount of that refund is fixed as shown in the Annex . Article 1 Article 2 The list of products on which the export refund This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April referred to in Article 18 of Regulation (EEC) No 1978 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
