COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC ) No 610 / 78 of 29 March 1978 enabling short-term private storage contracts to be concluded for the A I type of table wine

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the representative prices of the A I type of COMMUNITIES , table wine has remained below the activating price for this type of wine for two consecutive weeks ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community , Whereas the conditions set out in the first indent of the first subparagraph of Article 5 (2) of Regulation Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No ( EEC ) No 816 / 70 are therefore fulfilled , 816/ 70 of 28 April 1970 laying down additional provi­ sions for the common organization of the market in wine ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 2560 / 77 ( : ), and in particular Article 5 ( 7) thereof,
