COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 669/ 78 of 4 April 1978 altering the refunds applicable to cereals and wheat or rye flour groats and meal

(EEC) No 628 / 78 (3 ) ; Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the rules, criteria and other provisions contained in Regulation (EEC) This Regulation shall enter into force on 5 April No 628 /78 to the information at present available to 1978 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
