making the importation of certain textile products originating in State-trading countries subject to common rules for authorization and quantitative limitation

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN import arrangements applicable to State-trading COMMUNITIES , countries to the requirements of that policy ;

Whereas Council Decision 77/809/EEC of 20 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the December 1977 amending for 1978 the import European Economic Community, quotas laid down by Decision 75/210/EEC on uni lateral import arrangements in respect of State Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No trading countries (2) has established provisional 109/70 of 19 December 1969 establishing common arrangements for imports into the Community of rules for imports from State-trading countries (1 ), certain textile products which are to be replaced by and in particular Article 7 thereof, definitive import arrangements ;

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 3 . The quota shares allocated to Member States are set out in the Annex. They may be amended in Article 1 accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EEC) No 1023 /70 .
