COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 690 / 78 of 6 April 1978 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on equipment for parlour, falling within heading No 97.04 and originating in Hong Kong , to which the preferen­ tial tariff arrangements set out in Regulation ( EEC) No 2705 /77 apply
