COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC) No 708 / 78 of 4 April 1978 adopting the list of regions where , from the 1978 harvest onwards , aid to hop producers shall be granted only to recognized producer groups

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN which these conditions are fulfilled has been drawn COMMUNITIES , up on the basis of information supplied by the Member States concerned, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 1696 /71 of 26 July 1971 on the common organization Article 1 of the market in hops ('), as last amended by Regula­ The list of Community regions in which only recog­ tion ( EEC) No 1 170 / 77 ( 2 ), and in particular Article 12 nized groups of hop producers may qualify for the aid (4) thereof, to producers provided for in Article 12 of Regulation Having regard to the proposal from the Commission , ( EEC) No 1696/71 is given in the Annex . The list shall apply from the 1978 harvest onwards .
