COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC ) No 717 / 78 of 7 April 1978 on the sale for export of olive oil held by the Italian intervention agency

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN called 'AIMA , shall put up for sale by tender for COMMUNITIES , export :

Whereas, pursuant to Article 11 ( 1 ) of Regulation No 136/66/ EEC, the Italian intervention agency bought 2 . Tenders shall reach AIMA, Via Palestro 81 , Rome , HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Italy, not later than 2 p.m . (Italian time) on 26 April 1978 .

ANNEX

Minimum selling price of olive oil held by the Italian intervention agency 1 . 1 extra virgin olive oil : Lit 103 000 per 100 kilograms. 2 . 5°lampante virgin olive oil : Lit 83 000 per 100 kilograms . In the case of lampante virgin olive oil with a different degree of acidity, there shall be added or deducted, as the case may be, Lit 1 000 per 100 kilograms for each degree of acidity or fraction thereof below or above 5° .
