COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC ) No 718 / 78 of 7 April 1978 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 2054/ 76 on the sale to non-member countries of skimmed-milk powder held by intervention agencies and intended for use as feed

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN account should be taken of the extension of the COMMUNITIES , 1 977/78 milk year ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Economic Community, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Milk and Milk Products, Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 804/ 68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of the market in milk and milk products ( ! ), as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 2560 / 77 (2 ), and in Article 1 particular Article 7 ( 5) thereof, Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2054/76 Regulation ( EEC) No 2054/76 is hereby amended as follows : of 19 August 1976 on the sale for export to non-­ member countries of skimmed-milk powder held by 1 . In Article 3 ( 1 ), the amount ' 11 units of account' intervention agencies and intended for use as feed (3), shall to read ' 10 units of account'. as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 2380 /77 (4 ), The second subparagraph of Article 3 (3) is deleted . provides for the sale of skimmed-milk powder in 2 .
