COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 751 /78 of 13 April 1978 fixing the export refunds on beef and veal for the period beginning 1 May 1978
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN of some other preparations and preserves of meat or COMMUNITIES, offals shown in the Annex under subheading 16.02 B III b) 1 aa) ;

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 805/68 is granted and the amount of that refund is fixed as shown in the Annex . Article 1 Article 2 The list of products on which the export refund referred to in Article 18 of Regulation (EEC) No This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 May 1978 .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .

(!) The products which contain a Ismail quantity of visible pieces of meat are also excluded . NB : Article 7 of Regulation (EEC) No 885/68 provides that no export refunds shall be granted on products imported from third countries and re-exported to third countries .
