May to 31 July 1978 ; whereas such prices and duties should be calculated by reference to the sluice-gate Article 2 price and levy applicable to eggs in shell during the same period ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 May 1978 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
