COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 779/ 78 of 18 April 1978 amending Regulation (EEC) No 767/78 introducing a countervailing charge on cucumbers originating in Bulgaria, Greece, Spain and Romania

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Romanian cucumbers must be abolished and the coun­ COMMUNITIES, tervailing charge on Bulgarian, Greek and Spanish cucumbers must be amended , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/ 72 of 18 May 1972 on the common organization of the market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last Article 1 amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1034/77 (2), and in Article 1 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 767/78 is particular the second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) thereof, replaced by the following : 'A countervailing charge of 13-93 units of account Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 767/78 of per 100 kilograms net is applied to cucumbers 14 April 1978 (3) introduced a countervailing charge (subheading ex 07.01 P of the Common Customs on cucumbers originating in Bulgaria , Greece, Spain Tariff) originating in Bulgaria, Greece and Spain.' and Romania ; Whereas Regulation ( EEC) No 1035/72 laid down the Article 2 conditions under which a charge is introduced, amended or abolished ; whereas if these conditions are This Regulation shall enter into force on 19 April 1978 . taken into consideration , the countervailing charge on
