COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 791 /78 of 19 April 1978 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 767/78 introducing a countervailing charge on cucumbers originating in Bulgaria, Greece , Spain and Romania

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN taken into consideration , the countervailing charge on COMMUNITIES, Greek and Spanish cucumbers must be abolished and the countervailing charge on Bulgarian cucumbers Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European must be amended, Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 1035/72 of 18 May 1972 on the common organization of the market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last Article I amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1034/77 (2), and in particular the second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) Article 1 ( 1 ) of Regulation ( EEC) No 767/78 is thereof, replaced by the following : Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 767/78 of 'A countervailing charge of 12-91 units of account 14 April 1978 (3), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No per 100 kilograms net is applied to cucumbers 779/78 of 18 April 1978 (4), introduced a counter­ (subheading ex 07.01 P of the Common Customs vailing charge on cucumbers originating in Bulgaria, Tariff) originating in Bulgaria'. Greece, Spain and Romania ; Article 2 Whereas Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 laid down the conditions under which a charge is introduced , This Regulation shall enter into force on 20 April amended or abolished : whereas if these conditions are 1978 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
