COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC) No 832/78 of 25 April 1978 on the supply of butteroil to the Arab Republic of Egypt as food aid pursuant to Regulation ( EEC) No 1769/77

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the Arab Republic of Egypt has requested COMMUNITIES , food aid in the form of milk fats ; whereas its needs warrant food aid from the Community, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1768/77 of 25 July 1977 laying down general rules for the supply of milk fats to certain developing countries Article 1 and international organizations under the 1977 food­ aid programme ('), and in particular Article 8 thereof, The 1 960 tonnes of butteroil remaining from the reserve provided for by Regulation (EEC) No 1769/77 Having regard to the proposal from the Commission, shall be allocated to the Arab Republic of Egypt.
