COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 936/78 of 3 May 1978 abolishing the countervailing charge on tomatoes originating in Romania

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN whereas the conditions specified in Article 26 ( 1 ) of COMMUNITIES, Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 are therefore fulfilled, and the countervailing charge on imports of these Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European products originating in Romania can be abolished, Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 of 18 May 1972 on the common organization HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of the market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1034/77 (2), and in Article 1 particular Article 27 (2) thereof, Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 906/78 of Regulation (EEC) No 906/78 is hereby repealed. 28 April 1978 (3) introduced countervailing charges on tomatoes originating in Romania ; Article 2 Whereas, for this product originating in Romania, there were no prices for six consecutive working days ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 4 May 1978 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
