COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 975 /78 of 12 May 1978 abolishing the countervailing charge on cucumbers originating in Bulgaria

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas for this product originating in Bulgaria there COMMUNITIES, were no prices for six consecutive working days ; whereas the conditions specified in Article 26 ( 1 ) of Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 are therefore fulfilled, Economic Community, and the countervailing charge on imports of these Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No products originating in Bulgaria can be abolished, 1035/72 of 18 May 1972 on the common organization of the market in fruit and vegetables ( ! ), as last HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1034/77 (2), and in Article 1 particular Article 27 (2) thereof, Regulation (EEC) No 905/78 is hereby repealed. Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 905/78 of 28 April 1978 (3), as amended by Commission Regula­ Article 2 tion (EEC) No 945/78 of 8 May 1978 (4), introduced countervailing charges on cucumbers originating in This Regulation shall enter into force on 13 May Bulgaria and Greece ; 1978 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
