COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 984/78 of 16 May 1978 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on nets and netting made of twine, cordage or rope, etc., falling within heading No 59.05 , originating in developing countries, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regu­ lation ( EEC) No 2706/77 apply
