(3) The grant of monetary compensatory amounts in respect of these products is subject to compliance with the conditions for the grant of refunds laid down in Regulation (EEC) No 171 /78 . The exporter or importer at the time of the conclusion of customs formalities concerning the export or the import in a Member State granting the monetary compensatory amount shall declare in writing that the products in question fulfil these conditions. (3) Voraussetzung für die Gewährung der Währungsausgleichsbeträge für diese Erzeugnisse ist die Erfüllung der in der Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 171 /78 aufgeführten Bedingungen für die Gewährung der Erstattungen . Der Ein- oder Ausführer erklärt schriftlich zum Zeitpunkt der Erfüllung der Ausfuhr- oder Einfuhrzollförmlichkeiten in dem Mit­ gliedstaat, der den Währungsausgleichsbetrag gewährt, daß die fraglichen Erzeugnisse diesen Bedingungen entsprechen. (3) La concessione degli importi compensativi monetari applicabili per questi prodotti è subordinata all'osservanza delle condizioni per la concessione delle restituzioni di cui al regolamento (CEE) n . 171 /78 . Al momento dell'ottemperamento delle formalità doganali d'esportazione o d'importazione negli Stati membri che concedono l'importo compensativo monetario, l'esportatore o l'importatore interessato dichiara per iscritto che i prodotti in causa rispondono a queste condizioni. (3) Voor de toekenning van de voor deze produkten geldende monetaire compenserende bedragen moet voldaan zijn aan de voorwaar­ den voor de toekenning van de in Verordening (EEG) nr. 171 /78 bedoelde restituties. De betreffende im - of exporteur legt, tijdens het vervullen van de douaneformaliteiten bij uitvoer of invoer in de Lid-Staat die het monetaire compenserende bedrag uithetaalt, een schriftelijke verklaring over dat de betreffende produkten aan deze voorwaarden voldoen . (3) De monetære udligningsbeløb, der anvendes for disse produkter, ydes kun, såfremt de i forordning (EØF) nr. 171 /78 omhandlede betingelser for ydelse af restitution overholdes. Ved afslutningen af toldformaliteterne i forbindelse med udførsel eller indførsel i den medlemsstat, der yder det monetære udligningsbeløb, skal eksportøren/importøren afgive en skriftlig erklæring om, at de pågælden­ de varer opfylder disse betingelser. (4) Les montants compensatoires monétaires ne sont pas applicables aux produits présentés sous forme de farine ou poudre, agglomérée ou non . (4) The monetary compensatory amounts shall not apply to products presented in the form of meal or powder, whether or not in com­ pounded form .
