COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1033/78 of 19 May 1978 altering the basic amount of the import levy on syrups and certain other sugar products

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Article 1 3330/74 of 19 December 1974 on the common organ­ ization of the market in sugar (*), as last amended by The basic amount of the import levy on the products Regulation (EEC) No 705/78 (2), and in particular listed in Article 1 ( 1 ) (d) of Regulation (EEC) No Article 15 (7) thereof, 3330/74 is hereby fixed, per 100 kilograms of product, at 0-2711 unit of account per percentage point of Whereas the basic amount of the import levy on sucrose content . syrups and certain other sugar products was fixed by Regulation (EEC) No 877/78 (3) ; Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the rules and other provisions contained in Regulation (EEC) No 641 /78 This Regulation shall enter into force on 20 May to the information at present available to the Commis­ 1978 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
