COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC ) No 1064 / 78 of 22 May 1978 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on terry towelling and similar terry fabrics of cotton , falling within heading No 55.08 and originating in developing countries , to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Regulation ( EEC ) No 2706/ 77 apply
