COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1099/ 78

of 25 May 1978

re-establishing the levying of customs duties on wrought plates, sheets and strip, of copper, falling within heading No 74.04 , originating in Yugoslavia to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation ( EEC) No 2705 / 77 apply

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN products in question originating in any of the said COMMUNITIES , countries or territories — with the exception of those listed in Annex C to the same Regulation — once the Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European relevant Community amount has been reached ; Economic Community,
