COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1138 /78 of 29 May 1978 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on yarn of combed sheep's or lambs' wool (worsted yarn), not put up for retail sale, falling within heading No 53.07 and originating in South Korea to which the preferential tariff arrange­ ments set out in Council Regulation ( EEC) No 2706/77 apply
